Hail, Caesar! movie costumes on display...

In 2016's Coen Brothers comedy Hail, Caesar!, Josh Brolin stars as 'Eddie Mannix', a Hollywood film industry 'fixer' to the stars in the 1950s who is tasked to find George Clooney's actor 'Baird Whitlock' when he is seemingly kidnapped (by Communists) during the production of a film studio's major production set in ancient times Hail, Caesar! A Tale of the Christ.

These fabulous screen-used costumes from the 1950s-set film were designed by Mary Zophres and were photographed on display at Downtown L.A.'s FIDM Museum on February 8, 2017.

When rehearsing his Roman epic Baird is drugged when he drinks from a goblet of wine and is abducted by a group calling themselves 'The Future', a Communist cell mostly comprised of Hollywood writers working in the motion picture industry.

In the 2016 comedy Tilda Swinton plays rival twin gossip columnist sisters, 'Thessaly' and 'Thora Thacker'.

No stranger to dancing having made his name alongside his wife in the Step Up movie and as a stripper in Magic Mike, Channing Tatum stars as 'Burt Gurney' an actor starring as a sailor who performs a spectacular dance number in a musical comedy film.

In the film Scarlett Johansson plays synchronised swimmer turned Hollywood starlet 'DeeAnna Moran', and wears this glittering mermaid tail costume in an elaborate musical number.
